Return & Exchange

exchange & return policy

Upon delivery of Product, Buyer shall have five (5) days from the delivery date to inspect Product and notify Seller, in writing, of any defective goods or other cause for rejection. Buyer agrees that five (5) day period provides Buyer a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product. Such notification shall identify each and every reason for any rejection of Product. Buyer’s failure to reject Product within such five (5) day period shall constitute a waiver of Buyer’s inspection right and an unqualified and irrevocable acceptance of the Product by Buyer.

All returns must be accompanied by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without prior authorization / RMA number will not be accepted. All refused/returned orders without a RMA number will result in a 15% restocking fee. KLIPPO PET INC. will provide the replacement items (based upon availability), in-house credit, or a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return or exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

No returns will be accepted without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please call our Customer Service at 1(888)4-KLIPPO (455-4776) to obtain a RMA number.

merchandise conditions

All Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have all hang tags, hangers, and accessories attached. 

lost or damaged package during shipping

Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident, however sometimes a parcel is lost or damaged in transit. Klippo Pet is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged in transit - if you do not request insurance (for both USPS and UPS services).  If you requested insurance for your package, we will assist you to file the claim with the carrier so you can receive your money back for the insured value.

If an item is damaged through shipping, we will gladly replace it provided you furnish us with information from the carrier documenting the damage. Simply send back the damaged merchandise, along with the documentation from the carrier and we will send you the same merchandise back at no extra charge as quickly as possible. 

re-ship, cancelled order

Any order placed with and accepted by Klippo Pet may be canceled by Buyer only upon Klippo Pet's approval by recorded methods such as e-mail or fax.  Klippo Pet will not accept order cancellations once the shipment has been delivered to a carrier, without charging a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of order value to recover retrieval costs incurred.  Klippo Pet may cancel all or any part of this order and discontinue its performance hereunder without liability to Buyer in the event Buyer breaches this contract, becomes insolvent, is the subject to bankruptcy protection, or is the subject of a receivership, liquidation, dissolution or similar proceeding.Reshipping, Cancelled orders and Refused Orders 
All refused/returned orders will result in a 15% restocking charge, plus shipping cost that were incurred (shipping charges are not refundable). 

return procedures

  • Include the original Invoice or Packing slip. 
  • Include the RMA#, must be visible on the shipping box. Please do not write onto the merchandise packaging. 
  • Wrap item(s) securely in either our shipping container or one similar and tape closed. 
  • For your protection, we recommend that you get a receipt from shipper/mailer and insure your package for the amount of the value. 


  • exchange size

    Follow the Return Procedures. (see above)
  • Merchandise Conditions must be in the same condition as received.
  • Shipping charges will be billed to you through paypal payment.
  • Please email us the correct size or write the correct size onto the packaging slip.
  • Once we receive the shipping payment, we will ship the new correct size to you.

Merchandise returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Invoice or packaging slip and RMA number and received by the warehouse within 10 days after you received the merchandise. Failure to do so, the return will not be processed.
