Your new account will be pending until we verified your company information. Once "approved", you will be notified by e-mail and the wholesale prices will be available to you after you login.

All resellers must fax a copy of the resale permit to us at (310)961-5890 to activate a wholesale account with Klippo Pet Inc. Some states/countries may not assign resale permits to retailers, a valid business license can be substituted for a resale permit.

There is a minimum order of $150.00 for NEW ACCOUNTS (not including shipping charge). There will be NO MINIMUM ORDER requirement after the first order.

Credit cards or Paypal are the easiest and fast methods of payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. To accommodate customers who may not want to purchase with a credit card, we can ship C.O.D. (Cashier's Check ONLY) and there will be a C.O.D. charge of $11.00. Due to too many returned check in the past, we no longer accept company or personal checks.

In stock items will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Domestic orders are shipped via insured UPS Ground service. Expedited shipping can be accomodated via UPS Next Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day services upon request and for additional charge. All orders are shipped from our Torrance, CA warehouse. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders under $300.00, we offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING (within the contiguous US) for orders over USD$300.00.

In some infrequent situations, we may take your order and later discover that the item is not available (i.e., out of stock or discontinued). In such cases we will notify you immediately by phone or e-mail about the issue. You will have the option to cancel the order, to wait for back order, or to revise your order.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors.

KLIPPO PET INC. strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order. A full refund will be issued if your order has not yet been shipped when you cancel the order. In the event that the order has shipped prior to the receipt of your cancellation notice, the return/exchange policy will apply.

All returns must be accompanied by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and made within 10 days of the ship date located on the invoice. Returns without prior authorization / RMA number will not be accepted. All refused/returned orders without a RMA number will result in a 15% restocking fee. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, unused, and have all original tags attached. KLIPPO PET INC. will provide a replacement item (based upon availability), in-house credit, or a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return or exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
